Version: 2026-09-13
BodyTrace is an informational health-assessment and organization tool. It does not replace a qualified healthcare professional, clinical examination, diagnosis, treatment, emergency services or individualized medical judgment.
AI and automated outputs can be wrong
BodyTrace may use software rules, statistical methods or AI-assisted interpretation to organize user-entered information and generate summaries, matches, warnings or possible areas for review. These outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or inappropriate for an individual person. They must not be treated as a confirmed diagnosis or a guarantee that a condition is present or absent.
Matching is not probability
Unless BodyTrace explicitly states otherwise for a validated feature, a ranking, score or match is not a calibrated disease probability, medical certainty or risk percentage. Similar symptoms can arise from many different causes, and important conditions can present atypically.
Do not change treatment solely because of BodyTrace
Do not start, stop, replace or change medication, treatment, testing or professional follow-up solely on the basis of BodyTrace content. Decisions with material health consequences should be reviewed with a qualified healthcare professional who can consider the complete clinical picture.
User-entered information matters
Output quality depends on the accuracy, completeness and context of the information provided. Missing or incorrect information can materially change an automated result. BodyTrace cannot independently verify everything entered by a user.
Pregnancy, children and higher-risk situations
Pregnancy, possible pregnancy, children, older adults, immunocompromised people and people with serious or complex conditions may require different thresholds for professional assessment. BodyTrace output should not be used to delay appropriate medical evaluation in these situations.
Complementary or wellbeing content
Emotional, subjective or complementary wellbeing information may be presented as context, but it must never replace, override or delay evidence-based medical assessment when physical symptoms or safety concerns require it.
Regulatory status
BodyTrace must not be represented as an approved, certified or CE-marked medical device unless and until the applicable qualification, classification, conformity-assessment and other legal requirements have been formally completed for the relevant feature and intended purpose.
Responsibility and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BodyTrace does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability or medical suitability of informational or AI-assisted outputs and is not responsible for decisions made solely in reliance on such output. This does not exclude or limit any responsibility, statutory right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Practical rule: use BodyTrace to structure information and prepare for review—not as a reason to delay care or bypass a qualified professional.
